Maple leaf monotype print by Maureen Mitchell, BA Hons, signed by the artist. This is not a digital or reproduction print, it is made using acrylic paint and a printing plate. The maple leaves are from a tree in my garden in Dunblane, Scotland. The leaves (which you can see in some of the photos) were dried in a press to preserve them, then applied to a gelli plate with layers of paint and texture added. This print is in shades of blue and shimmering copper and gold. The artwork is 6 x 6" and it comes in a white 9 x 9" antique white textured mount/mat with protective cello bag. Fits any ready-made frame with glass size measuring 9 x 9". Free postage in UK only.
